We all have questions when ordering online. No worries, take a look at some of the common questions we have come across.

  • What do you mean handmade?

    • All of our products are handcrafted by one artisan. We do not have any mass produced completed products. Like all handmade items, there will be slight imperfections. Every piece is uniquely created and packaged by hand in Alaska.

  • I saw an artful bag and adornment I really liked, but now its sold out. When will those items be available again?

    • Each of our pieces are unique. There will be variations of some of our pieces.

  • What shipping method do you use?

    • Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. DISCLOSURE: We are not responsible for the USPS's timeframe of shipping status once we send your package.

  • How long will it take for my order to be placed, processed and shipped?

    • Once the order is paid in full through our secure PayPal checkout this will begin the process your order. All of our work shown on the website is available for purchase right away. If there is any unforeseen delay, we will notify you via email. When your beautiful product(s) are ready to be shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking number. DISCLOSURE: We are not responsible for the USPS's timeframe of shipping status once we send your package.

  • What happens if the package is lost or undeliverable?

    • All of our packages are insured and tracked.

      • If we are unable to track down your package, we will replace your item(s) with a product similar to your original order. PLEASE NOTE: Due the unique nature of each piece, fabric pattern and materials are subject to change.

      • If the package is undeliverible, it is the client's responsibility to have the package re-shipped to them.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

    • We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • I live in Alaska, can I pick up my order?

    • We have local delivery available only for the Anchorage area at this time. Please email your request and we will invoice you.  Once your order is paid in full, we will send you (the purchaser) a confirmation, set up a time and place to meet.  Products will only be released to the purchaser. If the purchaser is not available, it will to be shipped to the mailing address provided in the completed invoice.

  • Do you have a store where I can view more of your work?

    • You can buy Local! We have a collection of our Artful bags at Tiny Gallery. Our jewelry collection is available at The Kobuk Coffee Co. During the Holiday season, you will have an opportunity to see our work first hand. We will have additional pieces available at our shows that may not be on our website. On the Events Page, it will list the shows we are attending. We always announce festivals and shows we will be attending in advance through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • What does the bear symbol mean on your items?

    • We are thrilled to be part of the Made in Alaska Permit holders. All of the items that possess the Made on Alaska logo, lets clients know they have purchased a genuine product made in Alaska.
